This is the garden area and note how deep the snow is on the back fence of the garden.
Because of the heavy snow and wind and reduced visibility many called it a Mini-Blizzard.
A true blizzard needs 3 hours with the wind 35 mph or greater and 0.25 mile visibility; they said Glen Allen had these conditions for 2 hours.
