Blizzard Warnings were issued for DC, Baltimore, MD, DE and portions of NJ.
States of Emergency were declared for WV, DC, VA, DE and PA.
The heavy wet snow led to numerous roof collapses in Northern VA, DC, MD and Southern PA.
Over 300,000 people from PA to VA were without electricity Sunday morning.
Postal service suspended all services including retail operations, mail delivery and collections across DC and MD.
