Remarks for the Time Period
   0      0535 hrs.   T  0.45  36.9  A rain sleet mix starting after rain that started at 0035.
   1      0620 hrs.   T  0.55  34.9  Snow sleet mix started.
   2      0700 hrs.   0.6  0.71  32.8  The snow went back to sleet. The street is already white with slush.
   3      0800 hrs.   0.8  1.06  32.9  The sleet became a snow sleet mix again at 0720 and by 0735 the precipitation turned back to rain. At 0745 it was a rain sleet mix again and by 0800 it was all sleet.
   4      0900 hrs.   1.3  1.22  32.5  By 0805 the precipitation was a snow sleet mix again and by 0820 it was maily snow but still a little sleet. At 0818 we had a wind gust to 29 mph from the NE.
   5      1000 hrs.   2.0  1.33  32.0  Between 0915 and 0920 the precip turned to all snow and the wind has increased during the past 20 minutes. The temp. has decreased to freezing now and the power flickered around 0940. The past 20 to 25 minutes the precipitation has become all snow. The snowboard in the camera image is elevated about 4 inches off the ground and the wind is blowing some of the snow off the surface. Snowfall measurements are taken on another snowboard laying on the ground.
   6      1100 hrs.   2.4  1.46  32.2  All snow this past hour and not as much wind. The high gust so far is 29 mph at 0818.
   7      1200 hrs.   4.0  1.59  31.7  Heavy snow this past hour and the anemometer has frozen up. The temp. has been below freezing all of this past hour. The snow is getting heavy on pine trees now and will probably cause some power outages. One inch accumulation on vertical surfaces like fence facing the wind.
   8      1300 hrs.   4.6  1.67  31.1  The snowfall rate has decreased this past hour and the temperature continues to decreased. Some of the snow is melting from the under surface because of the warm ground beneath the snow. The power flickered twice around 1245 and 1246 from the heavy snow on trees. Snowfall rate has decreased this past hour particularly during the past 30 mins.
   9      1400 hrs.   5.0  1.72  30.7  Light to moderate snow at the beginning of this period has tapered to flurries now.
  10      1500 hrs.   5.1  1.73  31.4  Light snow at the beginning of this period ended around 1450. Blue sky seen to the NW. Total snow 5.1 inches and total liquid water was 1.80 inches with 0.07 inches lost by evaporation on the heated tripping bucket gauge. This was the most snow in a snowstorm since December 9, 2018 when 11.9 inches was recorded.
