   0      0520 hrs.   T  T  33.2  A very light snow has just started.
   1      0620 hrs.   0.1  0.01  31.2  Snow is melting as it falls on cement walks and streets but the temperature is 2°F lower this hour.
   2      0720 hrs.   0.4  0.03  29.9  Snow is now sticking as it falls on the cement walks and our street. The street is now mostly white and the temperature continues to fall.
   3      0820 hrs.   0.9  0.06  29.6  Currently the basic snowflake form is broken and irregular particles.
   4      0920 hrs.   1.5  0.09  27.4  Snow falling as aggregates of crystals during part of this past hour. The street is totally white now except for car tracks. The temperature is still dropping and the snow intensity has picked up during the past hour.
   5      1020 hrs.   1.7  0.11  27.3  The snowfall intensity has decreased during the past hour. The high wind gust so far is 18 mph at 09:26AM and the wind has blown a little snow off the elevated camera snowboard.
   6      1120 hrs.   2.0  0.14  25.7  Glen Allen had a wind gust of 19 mph at 11:04 AM which is blowing the snow at times and removing a little snow from the elevated camera snowboard. The snowfall intensity is still light this past hour.

   8      1320 hrs.   2.2  0.16  24.5  The snow amount is the average of 4 snowboards at different locations in the backyard. The street is now black with some slush on it but as the temperatures drop tonight it will become ice.

  11      1630 hrs.   2.2  0.19  23.9  The heater in the tripping bucket evaporated 0.03 inches of liquid. The total liquid after melting the snow in both a 4 inch and 8 inch gauge the liquid amount in both was 0.19. The snow to liquid equivalent ratio was 12 to 1.
