4.5  Storm 1 Yes   An all snow event with the heaviest snow between 0230 & 0330 on the 6th. Only 0.30 inches of water in the 4.5 inches of snow a 15 to 1 snow to water ratio. The high ratio was because a large amount of air was trapped in the fluffy snow. By the morning of the 6th there was only 4.2 inches on the snow board because of settling as the temperature was well below freezing.
